Device related questions
  • 1.What do I do if my phone cannot discover the device? 1> Check whether your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on. Hold the mobile phone close to the device and tap "Retry". 2> Check whether the device is powered on and in pairing status. For other devices, confirm whether they are connected. 3> If the problem cannot be fixed using the above methods, turn off Bluetooth, restart it, and reconnect to the device. 4> If the problem persists, restart the app and device and try again.
  • 2.How do I connect to the helmet quickly? Android: 1> When the device is connected for the first time, long press the on/off key on the helmet to enter "Pair" status. To reconnect, long press the on/off key on the helmet to enter "On" status. 2> Open the app in your phone and start Bluetooth. Hold your phone close to your helmet, and tap the helmet column on the app device page.   • 1.How do I improve Android’s data accuracy? 1> Turn on the mobile network, Bluetooth, and GPS functions on your phone. 2> Adjust GPS to "High Accuracy". 3> To ensure the GPS works, do not put your phone in a metal case. 4> Add Smart Riding to the white list in your phones setting or close any management software. 5> Run as few programs as possible when riding and ensure that Smart Riding has enough RAM to run. 6> Open Smart Riding on your home screen and lock the screen. If you make a call, send a message or open another app, tap to open Smart Riding again to ensure it has running priority when your screen is locked.

  • 1.How do I play music using the player attached to the app? 1> Make sure that there are songs in your phone’s play list. 2> Tap the earphone icon on the app homepage or the play key of "Bling Remote Controller".
  • 2.Can I use a third-party music player to play music through the helmet? Yes. Connect to the new helmet, which supports music on third party music players. The "Bling Remote Controller" device can be used to switch songs, play songs and pause playback. Connect to the old helmet, which supports music on third party music players.
